Pizzeria Pinocchio in Halle (Saale)

So let's be honest .... What kind of mess have you been offering lately? Two weeks ago I ordered a pizza from you. After almost two hours a soaked carton with mud arrived, which didn't look like pizza! ok, i thought to myself, a mistake can happen. Then ordered again today ... the same thing again ... The dough was partly floury and on the other side mushy ... Pizza stuck to the box and the topping was totally shifted! Like 2 weeks ago! I used to like to order here, but from today I will keep my hands off! It's just a SAUERREI! Dear hungry, order elsewhere! At least until the quality is right again or the old staff is back (if that's the case). You have lost my loyalty for years!

Neither price nor quality is right here. We have ordered a kids menu. There was hardly any salami on the pizza. The other pizzas also left a lot to be desired. Shame on you. One was burned. The other the bare OIL. Worst of all were the disappointed children's eyes.

Great food and unlike what you would expect, the asparagus is not woody at all 😅

One of the best pizzerias in Halle. Why only one star? These are the rudest people I have ever met. You get bullied for when you ask that the pizza be cut. And that's just one of many examples. To be honest, I never write reviews but when I have to be so annoyed about the order afterwards, I can't help it. They don't seem to be doing badly when they think they can treat their customers like that. That's why I do without this pizzeria and order my pizza at the snack bar prishtina, which is only a few meters away.

I've been ordering from Pinocchio for years, but the last 5 times have been a disaster! Staff on the phone who ask 10 times because they don't understand anything and then 2 hours of waiting and cold pizzas on top ... What's that? You don't get online orders and when you call, nobody knows anything! Unfortunately you have slacked off massively and I will, like many others, switch to the competition ... I order online or by phone within 60 seconds, food is there in 25 minutes and is warm! Bye

Food is delicious but delivery takes 10 minutes late. I would like to give 5 stars but it doesn't work that way.

I have been a regular customer for 2 years because there is nothing else near me. The pizza is often burned. When the manager is in the pizzeria, the noodle dish portions are 30% less, you simply won't be full and the pizza is then also 30% to 40% less occupied. I will avoid this place in the future, if I leave 16 € in the pizzeria, 1 adult and 1 child should be full ... Not recommended ... Furthermore, the tables are often dirty, toilet hygiene is okay. The cheap bottles of Coca-Cola and Co often splinter off, which is really dangerous. That should be changed ...

You can eat pizza. However, the service was just so well ... When asked what was on the pizza Pinocchio (is not on the price board above) I was told in an unfriendly tone that I can read it on a menu. Good service would have been to just tell me the ingredients. The mood when paying was similarly cold.

After many very good experiences from friends and family, we ordered the first time to collect it yourself yesterday: two pizzas and a pasta casserole. In terms of taste, all dishes were very good. No savings are made on the topping of the pizza, the pasta casserole not only consists of pasta and sauce, but also has everything in it that should be in it in good quantities. Also in terms of the thickness and quality of the dough, the pizzas really had an Italian flair. But the big downer: the pasta casserole was still cold on the inside, the cheese not even browned. You probably had to hurry up because of the high volume of orders - but it shouldn't happen anyway. After 20 minutes in the oven, the casserole was very tasty.

Last pizzeria .... Today we waited 3 hours for the pizza and apart from that, there was hardly any topping on it and the box was thicker than the base of the pizza (half raw). To ask 25 € for something disgusting is a cheek. But the stomachache after eating the pizza, which were free. Reconsider your concept, if you have one at all, and get back to your level. There used to be no better pizza than at Pinocchio, but apparently only on the Reileck.

In the past we have really only had good experiences and rated it that way. But this time everything was different. After waiting 2 hours and calling the pizzeria, we had to go to bed without dinner. According to the statement on the phone, the order had probably not arrived. Perhaps you should consider whether you should at least send an order confirmation by email when the order has been received and read in the restaurant. "The order was accepted" says the ordering process at the end. That's why we "assumed" that maybe there was just a lot going on and refrained from asking too early. Too bad! But waiting again at least 1.5 hours is not justifiable for us. Update: Today we tried again to order something. This time by phone. Result: the delivery time stated by telephone was met and the order was delivered by a very friendly courier. The pizzas were exactly as we are used to. Simply delicious! From now on you can only order by phone. We will not order online.

I ordered a Pizza Italia, the pizza is good from above but the dough is not crispy or loose from the bottom ... But the worst thing is that it took 75 minutes to get the pizza, even though the pizzeria was only 2 minutes away by car is

Unfortunately no order confirmation ... After you finally reached someone, then the information, it takes AT LEAST 2.5 hours .... What a shame Unfortunately, there was also no way to see in advance how long it would take ... What time should you specify? If you want to order as soon as possible?

Good pizza, good price, good service, fast delivery and the pizzas were really very delicious and absolutely great. Very pleasant value for money, I recommend the Bravo restaurant to the whole team

I have to get rid of that. I often order from Pinocchio. And we keep loyal customers. But the last few times with my orders I was dissatisfied, the pizza totally limp. Hardly through and the pasta I had tomato sauce can't be said about it. For me it's just a pizza sauce on top of pasta. You could do better.

Delicious pizza, even if a bit overpriced in my opinion. Unfortunately, the visual appearance is getting on in years. The terrace is old and partly broken. Furthermore, you cannot sit outside because LOTS of flies make eating impossible ...

Ordered there again for a long time today. This time through the website. After 2 hours I still haven't received my order and then called. The staff member was very friendly and said that my order had not arrived, although I had received confirmation from the website. I then asked how long it would take if I would still order via delivery and how long if I would pick it up. She gave me super friendly information and also told me when to be there so that I didn't have to wait too long. The staff in the restaurant was also very friendly and courteous. The pizzas were super fresh and super delicious. Despite the fact that the online order didn't work, full 5 stars :).
